Death. An experience we all sooner or later experience. When it happens to someone close to us, day to day life takes on a different dynamic. A sense of fragility, hopelessness and vulnerability takes over. Mutual memories is all we have left and we cant help but to go over them repeatedly. This experience touched me at a young age, suddenly and in very constrained circumstances, not allowing me to be around the ones that I shared this very person with. Dealing with it was empowering. Collecting shattered pieces in a state of vulnerability enables to deeply see within oneself. This death made me meet myself as a woman.
